Unless otherwise noted at any particular time or on a specific product, mirtux.com send all products within a period of 1 day after receiving the order. If your order is delayed or cancelled, you will receive a notification.
Orders received before 14:00 will be sent the same day, those received later will be sent the next business day by the chosen shipping method.
Then you have the shipping prices listed depending on your location, as well as estimated shipping times to receive it once sent (do not count weekends or holidays). For shipments to other locations not specified in this table, please get in touch with us.

If for reasons attributable to the transport company the delivery of a package is delayed, Mirtux will try to facilitate and accelerate the service as much as possible. However, Mirtux disclaims all responsibility for a delay in delivery due to force majeure. In the same way, Mirtux will not be responsible for measures taken by the Government that are mandatory for companies, and may cause unexpected delays.
Exchanges and returns
Our goal is to ensure your total satisfaction after purchase. If for any reason you will not be satisfied, we will be happy to help you and solve any problem, it is our highest priority.
In terms of returns and changes, we continue with our objective of being transparent and facilitate this:
For any Exchange or refund you have 15 days from the date of receipt.
- If there is any error or defect in the order you have received, we will replace it by the right immediately; you don't have more to contact us at email@example.com or through our contact form and we will process it when.

All of our parts and consumables are warranted for two years from their purchase covering manufacturing defects or cracks not justified by its use. In the case of batteries, it is 6 months.
